We believe family is the cornerstone of society and culture. Strong families produce a strong community and state.
Family is instituted by God and consequently should be respected and protected. God puts children in families so their parents can nurture, protect, and train them to love God and others. Parents, not the government, are better at making decisions that best benefit their child, including the areas of education and healthcare, and generally, should not be hindered in making those decisions.
Since the strength of the family affects the strength of society, protecting the family unit is crucial. Protecting the rights of parents to raise their children free of interference from the state is one of our highest priorities.
