According to the online Daily Signal, the Department of Health and Human Services is reportedly considering scrapping Obama-era executive actions tying federal school funding to recognizing gender as a choice. The report this past Sunday in the New York Times on the proposed change referenced a leaked memo. Currently the federal government is operating, as it relates to Title X funding and schools, according to a recent lawsuit that undid what the Obama administration had done with defining sex to mean something other than one’s biological sex.

The court case—and now hopefully a more definitive action by the Trump administration—will rip away this excuse for endangering students.”
